starting in Sept 2013 to accomodate school hours morning classes will be on the half hour (8:30am, 9:30am etc)

9:00am: Aerial fitness
10:00am-3:30: can schedule private lessons ($25.00/hr)
3:30pm: TEEN AERIAL
4:30pm: advance workout:
5:30pm: Aerial Fitness
6:30pm: Art/Tricks Level I
Wednesday:
9:00am: Aerial fitness
10:00am-3:30pm: can schedule private lessons ($25.00/hr)
3:30pm: Teen aerial
4:30pm: Advance workouts

6:30pm: Art/Tricks Level 3
Friday:
9:00am: Aerial fitness
10:00am: Aerial Art level 1 & 2
11:00am-4:30pm: can schedule private lessons ($25.00/hr)

5:30pm: Level 2
Saturday:
8:00am: Level 2, 3 practice times

Class Description:
Aerial Fitness:
A fitness class that takes aerial moves, aerobic, strength and plyometric to get you into shape for incresed time in the air. This classes uses both the floor and air to train
Advance workout:
A more intense fitness class that best for those who have been through Level 1
Art/Tricks:
Gaged levels 1-4
Level 1 is for beginners to learn basic moves that eventually lead into poses, drops and spins on the ground
Level 2 Is the basic moves that eventually lead to poses, drops, and spins are brought to the air
Level 3 is putting the basic moves to work and learning poses, drops, and spins
Level 4 is troupe
Defiants work together to break apart tricks, create new ones create sequences and routines.
Open gym
Open to all to practice or workout on their own. Instructor will be there, Aerial moves need to be engrained in you body and mind this is your time.
